This is a 1 semester course. This course is for anyone planning to own a home and be able to save money in the future. In this course we will cover home repair and maintenence. Topics covered include: plumbing repair, electrical repair, furniture repair and refinishing, repair of walls, floors and etc., and exterior repair. Also we will cover remodeling of existing structures. All students will refinish a piece of furniture, among other projects during the different units.
