This is a 2 semester course that is broken into 4 units. The units are broken down as follows; unit #1 is on communication, unit #2 is on manufacturing, unit #3 is on construction, and unit #4 is on energy, power, and transportation. Projects will be done in each area. Examples are; The Communications project will be a simple Floor plan drawn on a computer. Manufacturing will be an individual project in woodworking. Construction will include building a model house, using the plans drawn in the communications unit. Energy power and transportation projects will include building a model airplane that will fly,and learning how to fly an airplane using computer simulators.
